Get Your Fix Optics is unable to accept returns or exchanges for all prescription lenses and customized frames, with or without prescription services. Select lens styles may take up to 10-15 business days, depending on the availability of lenses. Please note that cancellation is not possible when it is in the ‘Order Completed’ state. Get Your Fix Optics will offer a 1 year 3 times lens redo due to scratches. All prescription lens orders will be shipped to the customer with a Direct Signature required upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to change the delivery method if needed. Get Your Fix Optics is not responsible for any lost packages from USPS. You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to ensure your orders arrive on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. Our office operates Monday through Saturday, with the exclusion of U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, the following Monday. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct, as Gentle Monster is not able to change the city, state, or zip code, nor can it reroute packages once shipped. Get Your Fix Optics does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military address, or shipping forwarding locations. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package while in transit.
